Isaac had been driving for three days with short stops in cheap motels. He had done several sketches during his stops and he knew what he was looking for, though he didn't know what he would find when he arrived there

Coincidentally, Peter just happened to be taking a walk around town. Of course, he didn't actually recognize Isaac, and he gave him a friendly nod as he passed by him.

Isaac certainly recognized Peter though.

He stared for a moment, wondering if this was some drug induced hallucination.

"Peter?"

Peter stopped and stared at Isaac. "You know me?" he said.

That was probably the last reaction Isaac expected. "You're going to pretend you don't know me?"

Dean was out and wandering, mostly to make sure his hip stayed loose. It had healed pretty damned well, all things considered, but it still needed a little bit of work to keep it that way.

He noticed the junker, then the guy he didn't recognize walking around and smirked slightly.

"Nice car."

Oh yeah, much with the sarcasm, there.

Isaac shrugged. "Functionality over form," he said. "It got me where I needed to go."

Dean looked the car over again. "I'm guessing 'barely'. But, hey. Don't get much call for needing to drive around here, anyway,"

"Yeah, I can see where walking would be simpler. Kind of like New York," Isaac said.

A red-headed girl was casually riding down the side of the road on a white spotted horse.

Catching eyes with the driver, she gave a friendly nod.

Isaac blinked a few times.

Okay, he got that it was a small town, but a girl riding horseback?

He waved back though.

The horse ambled to a stop next to the car while Pippi swung herself around to lean down and see into the car without getting off.

"Hi there, you look kinda lost."

"Just got here," Isaac said. "Trying to figure out where I can crash."

Sora was sketching in the park as Isaac passed by, a little too focused on her work to notice him. However, she would have definitely greeted him had she known.

Isaac was surprised to see someone sketching in the park and he stopped to watch her for a moment.

He hated to interrupt an artist at work, though he cleared his throat. If she wasn't too engrossed, that would at least alert her to his presence.

Sora gave a soft cry, but managed to avoid breaking her pencil point or making an unneeded mark on the page. Blinking, she stood up, brushing grass off her skirt. "May I help you?" she asked as she looked to Isaac.

"Sorry to disturb you," Isaac apologized. "I was just wondering what you were sketching."
