Park [Sunday, Early Evening]

Cassie was back in the park. Loitering. She had decided after what had happened this morning, that she'd better stay away from the dorms, for the moment at least. She didn't particularly want to get jumped again for no good reason.

Stupid girl with her taser and toxic jewelry. Was everyone in this place completely off their nut?

Lux lost her favorite hairpin. Thinking she dropped it in the park, she walked back there to look for it. Still scared of walking around at night, she was relieved at the sight of the Cassie.

She walked towards her with a smile, "hey there."

The girl didn't seem to be about to attack her, so for the moment Cassie wasn't too worried. She did make sure to keep her distance, though.

"Evening," she greeted grudgingly.

"It was nicer here earlier," Lux commented, eyes looking around the grass for a glint of silver. "The sun's gone home by now."

The sun's gone home? Cassie arched an eyebrow, watching what Lux was doing. What was this girl, some kind of hippy?

"I'll... take your word for it," Cassie said cautiously.

After talking to Thelma earlier, Piper worked on a few spells and then went looking for the possessed witch in question. When she didn't find her at her dorm room, she tried the park.

Oh good, there she was. "Hey Cassie. How are you this evening?"

Wow, was her goal of getting away from people not going to plan this evening.

Cassie nodded slightly. "Piper," she greeted. She was going for indifference here.

"Nice night, huh?" Piper asked, trying to make with the small talk while waiting for a good opportunity to freeze her.

"It could be worse," Cassie replied grudgingly. It was, after all, an improvement on her morning.
