Cameron was at the front desk again, catching up on charting.

She was still pretty disturbed about Cally's injuries.

I accompany the girl who fell from the sky to the clinic with the EMTs and show concern for a total stranger because that's the normal thing to do.

Fact is I'm quite curious.

She did leave some interesting blood spatter on my car but the cause is hardly a mystery. The cause of the fall is something else altogether.

How am I going to explain this to my insurance agent?

Cameron looked up and frowned at the bloody patient being brought into the clinic. "What happened to her?" she asked.

The EMT runs down her list of injuries.

It's not hard to pretend to be baffled by this, because I really am.

"I... She just... Fell from the sky... Onto my car."

It wasn't me this time, I'm much more fastidious, really.

Cally was there but was hoping to be discharged so she could hide at home for awhile.

Cameron came in to check on Cally before Pippi was brought in.

"How are you feeling this morning, Cally?" she asked, checking the various monitors in the room.

Pippi's injuries: Pippi is in a torn and bloody nightgown stained with swamp water. Her feet are bare and it looks like she's been sloshing around in the bayou all night.

Normal cuts and scrapes from that but also slashes on her arms and back similar to Cally's. Including several nasty stab wounds in her side from where Freddy stuck her with his glove and wiggled his fingers.

After receiving those wounds she got some of her powers back. So it will be difficult, but not impossible to stick her with needles and stitch her up.

She fell from the equivalent of... Let's say 10 stories onto Dexter's car and landed on her back. Nothing is broken but she's massively bruised. This is in line with older information in her medical records about her physiology. ((She sustained similar injuries in her fight with Molly.))
