This semester is rather frustrating. 18 hours of not much of anything really. Only two of my classes are truly engaging, which is somewhat discouraging, but I suppose it's a good thing.

I'm sure he's changed a number of the texts-- but Antiquity and Modernity was amazing. Dr. Jenkins wrote me one of my grad school recs. I heart him.

I'm actually going to be in NY visiting my sister-- her show closes that weekend and we're going to go see M.I.A.

But I might try to drive up to SA in November. I'm planning a long visit home around Thanksgiving.

I too enjoyed the intellectual torture of freshmen in those classes that are 90% freshman and usually 10% seniors. The professors thank their lucky stars you're in the class, the freshman are terrified but think you are the coolest because you're not scared at all, and you get an A without even trying.
