I poke my nose in the Reddit board for Community on occasion, so that's where I got this information:
There's going to be a Community cast reunion (minus Donald Glover and Chevy Chase) at the Vulture festival. Said reunion will include Chris McKenna and Dan Harmon

I think the actors (minus Donald Glover), though, at this point seem to be a bit more flexible in their schedules. I mean, they're all working steadily, but they're all are involved in VO work, series that are 13-episodes, hopping the dial as guest stars, indie films, or behind the scenes work. A lot of these projects keep you busy in short bursts, but not anything sustained like a full network television show.
I think the issue on the actors' end is more: can we get their schedules to line up given they're all working by piecing together multiple projects over the course of the year.
*shrug*
It's kind of interesting how it shakes out. It's nice to see that the cast is trucking along as working actors (or directors in Gillian's case). Although it's kind of interesting that, outside of Donald, Alison seems to be viewed as "the most successful" out of the cast at this point thanks to her involvement with Bojack Horseman and GLOW.

As for the conspiracy theories, honestly, I think Dan is the biggest movie obstacle. (Besides getting Donald. But I don't think he'd be interested in a Community movie even if his schedule allowed it, so any possible movie would probably have to be without him.) Dan can't even seem to get the show he's contractually obligated to do done in a timely fashion. Rick & Morty is only coming back at the end of this year after a few years off. And unlike Rick & Morty, I don't think he's interested in a Community movie... though maybe someday he will be haha.

Although he might be in the middle of decluttering his life. When news of the reunion broke, I figured I'd poke my nose into Harmontown to see if there was any additional info. Turns out he's ending Harmontown at the end of this year. Hunh.
In any case, I just don't see anything happen in the short or medium term. And I always thought, if Dan did decide to revisit (not likely), it would more likely be a follow-up limited series for a streaming service rather than a movie.
