I watched it all last night and it is definitely the weakest season that they have done. For a show about Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, it has shockingly little wrestling in it this season. I know that in previous seasons the wrestling was just a backdrop for the dramatic and the comedic elements of the show but it's really non-existsnt here. If I remember correctly, only 2 episodes had any bit of wrestling in it

Hahahahaha. What is it with Alison getting cast as a love interest for grumpy older guys? Even though Ruth is a million miles away from Annie, here she is in the same-ish romantic tangle.
I haven't watched Glow yet, but I'm not spoiler-phobic. I actually don't mind Sam/Ruth. I think it'll be a trainwreck of massive proportions in the end, but I don't mind it.
I haven't watched Glow yet because I've been busy with school and work, but I did see the video clip.
Alison also mentioned a couple of weeks ago that she was texting with Joel just before the interview (I think it was the one where she said she'd love to be in a Community revival), and then she did an interview with VF I think where she talked up Jeff/Annie. Which was...weird, I guess?
I still check in too! Was actually hoping that you'd post this when S3 dropped. I haven't had a chance to start it yet, but will do so this weekend. So I'll be back with some thoughts.
