Chunnel - I'm Glad things worked out, even if it was in an expensive way. I understand that trainservice is back to normal by now, but I have no idea of the tyoe of backlog they have.

business class - I have no idea why they bother having the distinction of such short flights.

Fashion in Amsterdam - Don't be to quick to judge. We actually have a Serious Fashion center that has good showcases for the designers from the Netherlands, Belgium and Scandinavia. Since a few years there is an Annual world Fashion Week held in Amsterdam, and they are actively (and apparently successfully) promoting Dutch fashion to the world. I blame our cultural diversity and integration for that. ^.~

Music industry - Who else would be American, traveling from Amsterdam to London, willing to pay $200 for a newspaper and a dinner, and be dressed in a suit?
