That shot towards the end where he transforms into the outfit looks really low-budget. Hell, even when they zoomed in a bit and he was flexing around, it looked like it was all green screen. Like he wore a green suit and they added textures over it via the computer.
Otherwise, not really sure. Never quite got into Green Lantern anyway.
Seems decent. Might be too comedic for me, at least in the beginning. The words spoken at the end, "In brightest day, in blackest night" is the beginning of the Green Lantern oath, written originally for the comic by s.f. writer Alfred E. Bester. The one character with the reddish/purpleish face and the mustache is Sinestro, a turncoat of the Green Lantern Corps that possesses a yellow ring.
One thing to look out for is if Hal starts to give in to the power of the ring, as he became power hungry in the comics and started to take rings from other Green lanterns.
