i have two exams, one paper and one quiz this week. i used to have two papers, but my english professor changed it to monday. awesome. i dunno. college is so much better than high school, but i miss having people to vent frustrations to.

i was actually thinking about this last night while i was on the toilet. the word sterile can have a few different meanings including: 1. not being able to reproduce and 2. free from bacteria. so basically the term for being free from bacteria and not being able to have children is the same thing. i dunno what it means, but i just found this ( Read more... )

it's so confusing. on one hand, i love not living in my parent's house anymore. on the other, i'm counting down the months until winter break. 2 1/2 months, btw.

god, the freaking food in the cafe here makes everyone sick. we all are starting to think that the faculty here want all their students to be really thin. the elevators take forever, the food is good but it makes you sick, and they put a lot of fiber into every meal and it makes everyone extremely regular. haha. they also have construction ( Read more... )

it's been kinda rough lately. my uncle ray died on the 17th then my grandma died early on the 19th. i had both of their funerals this past weekend. it was really difficult to say goodbye twice in one weekend. i had to go home thursday night, miss classes on friday, go to my uncle's funeral, go to my grandma's funeral on saturday and then i ( Read more... )
