Noel and a guy called Ragna. They went through and they're still in Luceti, and neither of them can speak anymore.

They're making animal sounds, Luffy. I ...they're very frustrated, so I think they're okay otherwise. But that portal's done something to them.

One's meowing like a cat and the other is ... drawing weird pictures and she can't help it. She's also making some kind of weird noise. [Cough.] I think the portal might've messed up their ability to communicate.

They just turned back up in Luceti and now they can't speak. One of them's ...uh, meowing like a cat and the other's making some other weird sound. [Cough.] They can't communicate past shaking or nodding their head.

It might be good if you pass it onto the people you know as soon as possible. And maybe get some people down at the portal to stop others from going in.
