[ It's not every day you see a young woman hit a riverbank like that, man. His first thought is probably something along the lines of "shit, somebody's drowning," but she doesn't seem to be screaming for help- or unconscious and just unable to scream for help, you know.

She's in her human form, though looks a little different from when Nami last saw her. Longer hair, slightly softer features, and something odd about her eyes.]
