Buildings falling on him, being carved up by any number of psychopaths. He got thrown halfway across a city once. I think it just pissed him off.

You could say that. The man can sleep through a hurricane. [And has, several times.]

He's not in the habit of invading people's privacy to do it, though, so I think the roof part was probably a one off.
