[Nami is tired.  Very tired.  Too many nights, y'know, spent making maps and drawing up master plans to take over Luceti and generally staying up far too late to keep an eye on her journal for the potential re-arrival of certain crewmates. And thinking about weird conversations she's had lately.  Hence, forgive her for the following question,

Uh, well. Point. But let's say you have to pick between one or the other. Which one do you choose?

[It's youuu. ...well, not like a question on ninja and pirates really needed filtering. So she'll just smile in a faintly glassy-eyed I-am-tired-and-talking-to-you-sounds-like-fun kind of way.]

Pirates. Ships that sail under their own flag, not beholden to any government, usually direct enemies of any marine forces because they've got no problem breaking the law.

In some places they're bad guys and they raid villages and rob people and that kind of thing. Though some pirates are just a group of people seeking adventure and treasure. It's fun.

Conversation I had with Mikey - he's one of the turtles in town, have you met any of them? He said he declared war on Usopp because ninjas versus pirates was this age old debate where he comes from.

He's kidding about the war thing, though. Though he did mention paintball guns. I'm ...not sure what they are.
