[Nami is tired.  Very tired.  Too many nights, y'know, spent making maps and drawing up master plans to take over Luceti and generally staying up far too late to keep an eye on her journal for the potential re-arrival of certain crewmates. And thinking about weird conversations she's had lately.  Hence, forgive her for the following question,

Really? I'm guessing you haven't met many pirates, then.

Only a few of both.

[mikangirl]

Really? What are pirates like in your world, then?

[antisilent]

[He pause. He could say non-existent but that would be a lie and he doesn't feel like getting into Internet pirates or Somalian ones, so instead...]

There's an old tale of a legendary one named Blackbeard.

[mikangirl]

Really? We've got a Blackbeard where we come from, too.

[Said with some wariness. But Blackbeard does kind of sound like a generic sort of pirate name, really.]

I don't know many details about him though; legends differ.

[mikangirl]

That's a shame. It'd be interesting to see if any of the details matched up.
