I can turn into a dog. And back into myself. At will. Blimey, this is fun. The bloody Barge kept me from being a dog for so long, and now I can talk! A talking dog! This is brilliant!
[Of course, he hasn't caught on yet that only affected animals would hear him. Let him actually enjoy a flood for 0.25 seconds.]
