To my knowledge, that particular type of incident has yet to occur. If you were to get injured right now, then yes, I'd tell you to make your way to the hospital.

However, unless something has happened in the last several moments besides being attacked by the black butterflies, I doubt you're injured. If anything you have way to much energy to claim otherwise.
