Actually, in one RPG I was in, YES! Somehow Tonks had lycanthropic triplets (by Remus). Well two were lycanthropes and one was normal. And she had to have an emergency c-section before they clawed their way out of her. Within a month or two of their magically spedup birth (they were fully formed at four months, mind you), she was pregnant again with lycanthropic twins. Said player apparently had a history of playing an almost identical scenario in every game she played in. (And people wonder why I hate Remus/Tonks?!)
She also was big on sex scenes where Remus was bound and gagged and forced to watch Tonks breastfeeding (naked) while tormenting him sexually. Ew. Just...ew!
