Diet status

So after four weeks I have lost 14 pounds!! Pretty good, huh? Just 18 pounds to go until I am my "ideal weight"! In addition to the weight loss, I have lost body fat and inches off each major part of my body ( Read more... )

That is awesome!

Personal trainers are expensive. But, one cannot
argue with results.

What kind of diet does the trainer have you on?

The diet basically cuts my calories. A more in depth description is as follows:

1. Cut calories down to 1,637 a day
2. Trying to keep a certain ratio of carbs, fat, protein (not cutting out fat)
3. I eat a lot less meat than I ever have (2 oz at a meal)

The rest is exercise... currently up to 35 minutes at a heart rate of 155 on the elliptical. Trying swimming too...
