Diet status

So after four weeks I have lost 14 pounds!! Pretty good, huh? Just 18 pounds to go until I am my "ideal weight"! In addition to the weight loss, I have lost body fat and inches off each major part of my body!

The trainer convinced me to sign up for 10 more sessions, which cost me $569. A little hard to let go of that money, but with the results I have been getting it is well worth it.

The diet sucks a little, but I think I'm slowly starting to figure out how to get a little more variety.

The most important part of this training, however, isn't weight loss. I have had problems with my back for a long time. And this guy is helping me strenghten certain parts of my body and improve my posture to prevent these problems.

Well..gotta get some rest tonight.
