We played at Building Studios last night.
It was the best show we've ever played and I think we legitimately blew some minds.
Mimi took some photos, but sooner or later we'll have professional quality audio and video from the show.

Can't wait to hear/see more. I have friends who are in bands that I have to remember to listen to so I can give requested feedback, and then I have the friends whose bands I just listen to because I plain just want to hear the music. WP is in the latter category, obv.

Thanks! I'd hate to be in a band that's in the former category for anyone. That's why I never push our music on anyone.
You'll be able to see video of 2 songs from this show (as soon as they edit them, which seems to take them a few months), and we're going to try to write a couple of new songs while Brandon's in town and hopefully find somewhere to record them.

We haven't run this by Jason yet, but we're thinking about changing our name to The Wilderness Pangs Chuckles and Tunes Revue.

Very cool! I'm eager to hear more of the new stuff. I saw about half of you guys set a couple of years ago and enjoyed the hell out of it. Soon enough I'm looking forward to seeing one in its entirety.

If you're talking about the set we played in the yard of Brandon's old house, that was probably the worst set we've ever played. We're SO much better now. We're hopefully going to be playing another show sometime in BR before Brandon goes back to Austin on January 4th, so I'll keep you posted.

That was indeed it, haha! I was still mesmerized by the sound and experimentation and saw a lot of potential in you guys at the time. And I'm even more anxious to see more now that you're even better. Keep me posted indeed!
