Wow. There's been a lot of drama in the turtlecest comm lately over a dingleberry who goes by "xile", he's all being a scarily stupid troll in a DeviantArt comm called "#anti-turtlecest ( Read more... )

Yeah DA has too much drama which is why I don't really bother posting there. I only have an account so I can see pretty art!~

I know, that's the only reason i have a DA account. perty art! ... but DA always makes my 'puter crash :p I like furaffinity better, less drama, but scarier furries! XD

The thing that gets me is that he's a minor. A minor looks for smut that he shouldn't be looking at (on a service where he shouldn't even have an account) and then gets offended because he found it? What the eff, kid?

C'mon, Mica, the world is full of people who want to inflict their personal view of morality on everyone else. It's just extra-annoying in this case because it's in OUR fandom. At least Xile has the excuse of youth- there's still hope that he'll grow out of being a douchebag. But a lot of people never do, sadly. Frankly I'm glad that he's going about it rather stupidly. If he was smart and nasty enough to attack turtlecest the right way, he could probably cause a lot of trouble for a lot of people. All he's doing at this point is being annoying.

Hehe, think I joined the online fandom around the end of the whole OMG human/turtles = bestiality drama. I remember worrying I was gonna get horribly flamed for my early Raph/Tau stuff. Although thankfully I never have. Funny thing is, if you really wanna get accurate about the insults being slung, then human/turtle technically is bestiality. So is LH/Don, Usagi/Leo or any other pairing where the partners are not the same species for that matter. So pretty much any TMNT smut is gonna be bestiality except t-cest where they are the same species!! And that's one of the main things that has me rolling in laughter at Xile and his crazy. (rolling in laughter = trying to distract myself from beating him upside the head with a hefty dictionary ( ... )
