I was glad to read your entry about this. It helped me understand it a lot better.

No book or website I read about Aspergers comes close to being as valuable as hearing about it in your own words. You are quite different than the "standard" case I've read about, and that does (unfortunately) make it hard for me to be able to remind myself that you can't be compared to the "neurotypical" people I've been with in my past, let alone most of the others with Aspergers out there.

I love you, and your quirkiness makes you all that more endearing to me!

oooohhh a mica-file! ;) (the first thing that comes to my mind is a metal file that is strong enough to scratch thru mica {the mineral})

U never know, someday i may piss you off, like by insulting Leo or something ;)

Yay for knowing the nyar!

I didn't think mica-the-mineral was all that hard. I'm always seeing it as tiny bits attached to something bigger.... 'Tis pretty.

I keep some sort of semi-concious mental "record" of my friends. Most of the time it keeps track of people so well that I end up knowing stuff without having any clue how I know it - although when it fails, it fails spectacularly, so I'm usually kinda cautious about how I use it. Most of the info is gathered subconciously over time, but I know my learning styles well enough to conciously add to the file usually particular memorization tricks. I figured this was important, so I added it. ^_^

I can always throw Leo at you with his swords out. ...or should I tell him to flirt with you? *evil grin*

Mica is not hard, you are right, it is flakey and shiney. Jus like meeeee! ;D (j/k, I'm not flakey, but I like to think I'm shiney)

Ack no! Leo flirting? I'd die of laughter. It's like when I hear Cam Clarke (old toon Leo's voice) swearing and flirting with girls in the old dubb of Akira. It makes me roll on the floor. ;D
