Day One.

Sick. Woke up sick. Marvelous timing, this. I've been grouchy and miserable all day. Man, do I not do sick well. My thinking gets garbled, I'm a giant, whiny baby. So not a good day to start this. But I did sleep most of it off and feeling nearly back to normal ( Read more... )

LOL, well, thank you so much. :) You might be less impressed, if that's the word, in "real life". I'm feeling every bit my age lately. But, you know, that's what working out is for. I hate to admit that working out makes me feel better but it just does. I enjoy being anti-yoga in a sea of yoga-toned bodies. That's how one rebels in middle age, by NOT taking up yoga.

LOVE IT! Wearing it right now, in fact. Keeps me toasting warm. I have a medium on my medium-sized body and it is a bit clingy for my taste. But it's overall flattering and quite cute. I'm going to order another one. :)

I need to do something like you're doing...minus the fish oil (yuck). I just need to get moving again. I'm happiest when I'm hiking, but there's not really any place in flat Texas to go hiking. At least, not like the hikes I LOVE in Utah and Arkansas. I'm considering water aerobics...a fellow teacher friend teaches, and has a class starting in January. I may do it. Although, that involves a swimsuit. Yikes.

I hear you. It's always something. Look at me. I have the day off today and am supposed to be at the gym right now. Am I? No, I'm blogging. All dressed up, in my gym "outfit", and blogging.

But water aerobics sounds very doable. Even though it's a swimsuit, it's a comfortable environment. I say that like I know! I took one class, one time, and am now an expert. But everyone had a very normal body and I felt perfectly content. I hope you do it. To us...being healthy. :)
