Day One.
Sick. Woke up sick. Marvelous timing, this. I've been grouchy and miserable all day. Man, do I not do sick well. My thinking gets garbled, I'm a giant, whiny baby. So not a good day to start this. But I did sleep most of it off and feeling nearly back to normal

But water aerobics sounds very doable. Even though it's a swimsuit, it's a comfortable environment. I say that like I know! I took one class, one time, and am now an expert. But everyone had a very normal body and I felt perfectly content. I hope you do it. To us...being healthy. :)
