Having been slowly suffocating the nicotine demon and drinking very little (unless with friends)in between daily hourly yoga sessions my health is returning. I can think, percieve and act clearly and feel a zillion times more confident than I have been for many a year. Perhaps 'they' are right about the sea air being good for the health ( Read more... )

Tomorrow I move into my new flat in a very accessable part of Hastings (near all the ammenaties). I'll be off line for a while, unless via internet cafe, but I now have my own 1 bedroom flat. I'll give addresses to friends shortly.
