Wow. Wowwy wow. Brilliant concept. And I quite like Jess (I think more so retroactively with Heroes, but still) and very, very nice with the tying it into the events that happened. Poor Sammy... poor Jess. :)

Also:

so Jess couldn't figure out who the hell the blond guy with the leather jacket was, or who he kept watching Dean with such careful eyes.

*g* Tell you what, keeping track of which Dean is entertaining!

Yeah, I've only seen a little bit of Heroes, but it makes Jess that much cooler. He got jerked around so much on the show by almost everyone... but he hasn't let it get him down. He knows he's smart and awesome and he perserveres.

Which Dean is which? I can imagine a lovely meeting when Jess finds Sam/Dean and gets all up in his face. Fun times :)
