Work has been busy much of the month with the semester winding to an end. I've lectured my rear off. Mostly, I've also used what free time I could at lunch to write on the novel, instead of post. And thus no posting

I have a number of old computers which I no longer use with the Internet, and I find them very useful for heavy duty writing. On the other hand I just started a new story and I'm using an Internet aware machine right now because I need to translate a few simple phrases in and out of French -- a language I do not speak. (grin)

Yeah, when a little in between research is needed an internet capable machine is nice. Did that with last year's summer novel, so I could research the Native American tribes I included as I wrote.

I'm another who often finds it advantageous not to be internet-connected. Glad to hear of Novel # 4 progress!
