on a recent visit to the cathay cineplexes (and it's carpark), i made a rather brilliant observation. the exit to the carpark is on kirk terrace... which puts it *behind* my most hated erp gantry. i rubbed my hands with glee with the realisation that i have just avoided giving the government another dollar and filed this important nugget of ( Read more... )

Even I remember that there was a big deal made of it in the news when they first discovered the cheat ERP trick there. Within days there was no grace period. And then they also made a big deal of that in the news.

Totally irrelevant but Takashimaya carpark also has no grace period!

And ya like WS said, the ERP cheat was covered in the news so no way they would have left it open :(
