Everyone asks me "so how are you liking California?" and i say "oh it's nice. it's different you know...the weather is really pretty and the ocean and mountains..." but you know what? you can be in the coolest place with lots to do and hip people and all, but really...i miss Oklahoma. stupid conservative boring Oklahoma. because, i did more fun

awww my niece jade had her third birthday over the summer! my sister and her husband rented a big inflatable bouncy thing. it was fun. i know exactly what you mean about oklahoma. i miss norman a lot even though savannah is more "cultured." no matter where you go home is the always the same.

Ha, that's exactly what I say too, the whole "different and pretty" spiel. Maybe with our forces combined we can end up back in Oklahoma. I don't mind California as a little stop, but it's not feeling like home...
