The wind whips fiercely around Sanji's face, flicking his hair against his skin painfully. He doesn't care about that, he never does, what he does care about is the man holding onto his arm. He stares at the golden skin, the unusual green hair, the dark eyes and the clever mouth. He knows the man's face by heart of course, he's seen him every night ( Read more... )

OHMYGOD this is a fantastic ending. Seriously. I've only recently opened up to fate/destiny/reincarnation type stories, but I have an extreme fascination. And though I knew they'd be reincarnated, the fact that you could bring them to canon verse NEVER occurred to me, but it's purely brilliant and lovely. And it's so adorable when Zoro finally realizes what Sanji's been living with, and the epilogue is pure hilarity.

I apologize for reading so much of this story without commenting. I feel like a terrible leech.

Yay! He remembers! \o/ XD And they ARE in the OP world! :D (And very interesting take on how Sanji went to sea at such a young age.) And wow... Sanji can feel Zoro, now..? That could get... -painful- at times... but this morning bit was very cute and heartwarming. :3 But... Zoro doesn't remember Sanji? D: Hoo boy... Starting from square one, here... :/ At least it explains why Sanji and Zoro were constantly butting heads. ^.^; *lol* But that initial little worry, when Sanji realizes Zoro doesn't remember... up on the roof... was touching.

And then... Thriller Bark... and Zoro finally starts to remember... remembering the last life... and... whee! XD I can understand Sanji still being wary, though, and cautious. He doesn't know if this is truly for real, or not... and Zoro still has to heal. Zoro's apology for forgetting was sweet. X3 But aiya... "we're not going anywhere"? OUCH. Ironic foreshadowing, ahoy. *winces in sharp sympathy* It's going to be a loooooong two years. ;__; HOPEFULLY, when they finally reunite ( ... )

I have to say only 2 things:
OMG, IT's FINISHED!!!!!!

OMG....IT's FINISHED *sobs*

It was so nice, to have this fic, reading and re-reading, guessing "oh, and what will happen next" and how their relationship is ongoing and progressing.
But now it's over and I feel happy and sad at the same time, really!
Thank you for all your stories and please, don't stop!!! *hugs&sharing tasty cookies*

This was an amazing fic from beginning to end.
You're absolutely brilliant with all the little touches you put in to match all of the characters' personalities, letting us connect to them easier. I love the situations you had them go through, with their believable reactions. I love how you placed them in the One Piece universe, made it mesh, and ended with an amazing line (“how bad could this place be for a little while?” lol).

Always looking forward to more of your fics, long or not. :)
