We don't have any spasitfic tradition really... it depends on the place were at. Its up to Evey, if she wants to, thats cool. I can make do with food or something before hand as I'm the only Vegan out of the two of us.
I'm not saying that we should go there either - just throwing out options :-) I didn't know if you normally went out to a restaurant, prefered it to be a quiet evening or had any rituals at midnight etc.
We'll figure it out.
Something else - a part from veggies, fruit etc - what food do you normally eat/like to eat? if you let me know in advance then I can try and do some research and eventually when you get here and want to cook with this or that we'll know where to go look for it. Denmark is still tiny - we don't get many fake-meat products at almost any supermarkets and only a few at some (if that is what you sometimes eat). I remember a few years ago when a friend of mine was living in Copenhagen . she's vegetarian and she had trouble just finding tofu. This was a few years ago so maybe it's easier now, but it won't hurt (and will save time later) to do a bit of research now :-)
Awe, you don't have to worry about me. I know when traveling that places mite not be vegan friendly. When we went to Scotland it was interesting to say the least
