I'll do that for sure ...and luckily I won't have to work between Christmas & New Years :-)
I think according to Evey that you guys are arriving on the 28th or something and my other friends that are here for Christmas they are leaving on the 26th and the 27th in the morning - so no worries about space (more than the usual worries about me not living in a gigantic house - but I've had up to 8-9 people staying over at once - that was only for one night though). We'll be fine.
-and I'm not worried about you ;-) but that doesn't mean that it would hurt for me to do a bit of research.
If you think Scotland was bad then don't travel to Malaysia. One thing is being vegan - but they didn't even understand the concept of "vegetarian". One of my vegetarian friends ordered "mixed vegetables" and it had prawns and chicken in it. At another restaurant we weren't sure if it was tofu or chicken in some sauce thingie so we asked the waiter and he said "no no no - there's no meat - only chicken and fish" heh... it sure was a challenge. And at this buffet that was set up for our Opening Ceremony there - where we had told the hotel about the people with allergies, the vegetarians etc. - still most of the veggie dishes would then have chicken powder or chicken stock in them... tsk tsk tsk :-) COMPLECATED! It helped when we came to Little India in Singapore - then there was plenty to eat!
Speaking of food - I now have to go out and buy some food. I'm slightly hungover from yesterday but I'm starving and I don't have anything eatable in the house, not even bread, because I didn't bother to go shopping Friday or Saturday or take anything out of the freezer... :-(
