wtf, still boggling over the idea that someone put 'consensual' and 'rape' next to each other with the implication that they can belong together.

Yeah, I have to agree that rape by the very definition can't be consensual. Although there certainly are people out there who have rape fantasies. (I think that comes from being taught that sex is bad and dirty and good girls don't all of your life, but wanting to have it anyway and wanting not to be responsible for it)

I just want to state for the record that I don't believe that rape is ever consensual ever. The context link goes to a fic posted on weeping_cock where a girl says she's going to rape someone and that person is all "yay!".

As the OP of the context post, I can say that pretty much the *point* of it was that 'rape' and a consenting partner don't really go together.

It kind of seems like the author wasn't quite sure what they wanted to say in that part, or wasn't sure of the right words to use to say it in english. (They've also got a strange preoccupation with abdomens. `.` )

This couldn't be put behind a cut? Really? Because not to get all Morality Police, but...some rape survivors could find this sort of thing triggering.

Just putting it out there.

Is that you in your icon? And if so, where can I get one of those t-shirts?

That is the t-shirt I've been looking for for a very long time.

Yes, that's me in that shirt.

That particular shirt was purchased for me by friends at a Sci-Fi convention a few years ago, but since I get asked that all the time, I have sourced an online seller of the shirt. I can't guarantee they have it in the baby doll style that I'm wearing here, but it is the same graphic:

There is also a similar shirt on CafePress, here:

Hope that helps!

This metaquote combined with your icon somehow made me reach the conclusion that STAR TREK D&D WOULD BE THE BEST THING EVER. I'm not talking a D20 Star Trek tabletop. Ooooh no. I'm talking Star Trek and motherfucking dungeons. And dragons.

And lots of little helpless redshirts getting eaten before the party's eyes.

On a somewhat almost completely unrelated note, apocalypticbob's icon reminds me of one character whose body type stats I rolled for shits and giggles. Yes, I rolled a natural 20 for her... uh... tracts of land. This one a character who was barely taller than five feet and weighed maybe 110 pounds. The DM and I laughed about that for a while.

Can you tell I'm a nerd? Does it show?

....I think you rolled me. Thanks. Bra shopping sucks.

Ooh, ouch. I can sympathize, though - the reason we were laughing so hard was the character was basically me, only about 50 pounds lighter.

I, uh. I would totally go for star trek plus dragons.
