I absolutely friggin' loved this! The tension, the declarations of love, the whole shebang.
I really did find this Anti-Remus Ted a very interesting take on which of the parents would be less receptive of Remus. It was actually pretty refreshing to see Ted as the voice of dissent. It makes sense that Andromeda would have known Remus, met him. Very nice way to make the "Meet the Parents" fic fresh and different from what is out there.
On to part five! Great job so far! :D

I've said it before, as a woman, Andromeda understands where her daughter is here: in love with a man that the world won't accept.
Ted is just being an overprotective father. Well, sort of.
Enjoy the rest =)

I also like seeing Andi as true Black, with the high spirit and dominating personality that runs in that family.
And the "love" revelation was very sweet. All in all a very enjoyable story. :-)

I too, obiviously, am a fan of Overprotective!Ted. And, with her being disowned, you know that Andi was made of that strand of almost Gryffindor courage that runs through the Black family, along with Sirius and their uncle, and the others that were disowned for being 'abnormal'.
The "love" revelation...*sigh*
Enjoy the rest of the series.

I like Ted being the more difficult of the two. He's being an overprotective (with good reason) father while Andi understands how Tonks feels, having been there herself.
They're back again in Part 7 and Part 10.

Also liked the hint that Andromeda is showing signs already of being a devoted Remus fan girl. She obviously had a rebellious, courageous streak to run off with Ted herself, so it makes a lot of sense she would understand. And possibly see the attraction, too... ;)

Over protective dads you just have got to love. He doens't care that Tonks is a fully-trained Auror. To his she's just his little girl. Remus' "furry little problem" is just another "excuse" that he can use to protect her. He'd be the same for any other man. I know mine was *eyeroll*
I finally stood up to my parents in my own home too. It was very liberating. My mother treats me like an adult now ;)
Thanks for reading, glad you're enjoying. Part 8 is giving me a spot of trouble. Stupid noble Remus doesn't want to deal with the angst he created. *sigh*
