I really loved all the snowball names you made up, and each one completely fit its "inventor."
Completely loved the shift from NotHiding!Remus (LOL) to SnowballSamurai!Remus. His monologue about strategy - the one that leaves Tonks speechless - was nothing short of hilarious. And it makes sense that he'd shift into instructor mode without a hitch. But I was especially tickled to see the young Marauder coming out so easily. And 37 isn't old at all. ;)
Tonks was simply a gem in this, as well. Loved the Ice Maiden appearance (very creative!), and I'm sure Remus was simply captivated, too. ;) I thought her own Marauder streak came across quite well.
The transition into his asking her out on a real date was just lovely. And how perfect that something as simple as a snowball fight with two teenagers would give him just the nudge he needed. And the way he asked her was so endearing, a very Hugh Grant movie sort of moment. :)
Just lovely. I really enjoyed this!

I'm so pleased you liked this... it was fun to write, as they both have a very sly Marauder streak in them.

I loved Remus in this, so proffessorial even about a snowball fight, and I adored Tonks being impressed by his Maruading tendancies. Fred and George's lin e at the end was priceless to, and the whole snowball fight was very inventive.
Bravo!

And this story has such a nice balance between slapstick and introspection, too -- whether it's Remus doubting himself, or suddenly remembering that they're really at war. As much fun as the snowball fight is, these contrasts give the piece extra depth.

I love seeing Remus in Marauder mode--but still with a touch of the Professor in him. And your creativity in creating all those enchanted snowballs is wonderful.
I also really liked your characterization of Remus--he was a great mixture of quick hymour and self-doubt. And it was great to see him get up the courage to ask her out in the end. :)

The entire thing is marvelous--and the snowball action was fabulous!--but my favorite part has to be Remus seeking out some ancient book on mold that could be the very thing to defeat Voldemort. I had to stop reading and laugh for several minutes after that priceless paragraph!
Tonks' excuse to get Remus out, and Remus asking right when she was going to, is just SO them, and you completely nailed Remus throughout. Oh, and the lines about the snowball spell being out of date with the mullet--again, priceless! This was so enjoyable. I really, really loved it.
