Thank you! I'm happy you thought Remus was in character-- that's always my constant worry!

Sorry it's taken me so long to get around to reviewing this, but I did love reading it again. Such a fun, romantic piece!

The start is fantastic, with Remus not-hiding from Tonks. You captured his dry train of thought so very well in the opening paragraphs. This was just the right kind of insecurity from Remus, not him being all broody or emo, but a light, self-deprecating humor, and it was a good set up for a) how quickly his Marauder side takes over when presented with the opportunity to have a snowball fight and b) how he later changes his mind about it being all right to act on his more-than-friends feelings.

And he's dead-sexy, too. I couldn't say exactly why, but this paragraph totally had me swooning: Throw up a self-sustaining shield charm, please," Remus instructed her as he looked around the park for any sign of red hair. Seeing none, and now surrounded by a pale blue sphere cast expertly by his Auror accomplice, Remus began a rapid instruction of the rules governing Wizarding Snowball Wars, while he continued ( ... )

Thank you so much!

It's good to know that I'm not the only one to find an authoritative Remus sexy. *blushes*

I'm also SO pleased you think Remus here was balanced... I think I have a tendency towards Emo!Remus at times, and I am really trying to reign that in.

I don't know how you do it, but you always manage to pick out the paragraph I worry about (this time being the "convincing" paragraph) and make me breathe a sigh of relief that at least one person thought it worked, so thanks for that. :)

Homing Beetles, Insta-Melts, Tidal Waves ("That must be the one that sent me looking for help," Tonks said through clenched teeth), Typhoons, Carrier Pigeons and White Washers

So... the carrier pigeon ones fly overhead and drop slimy snow bombs on unsuspecting victims below? Hee, that's such a great image. Makes me wish (not for the first time) that I had a magic wand. lol

Tie-dyed twins is another brilliant image! Brilliance! Such a fun read. :)

That's exactly the image I had in mind for a Carrier Pigeon Snowball, lol. When I first got that enchanted snowball prompt back in December, I just had this image of how INSANE a wizarding snowball fight could really get. Add Fred & George and absolutely anything could happen. :) Thanks for the review!

There's nothing I can say besides CUTE. I love the last lines. *______* I think this is the third TR fanfic I read but I bet it will still be one of the best.

This was, as many people say, "bloody brilliant." SERIOUSLY. I always love a good Marauder!Remus fic, it just makes him all the more adorable and it seems like he really does forget about the age difference between them that usually sends him into his Noble-Prat persona.

I LOVED THIS QUOTE.

"Does asking for one's own hand, currently commandeered by an extremely attractive witch, qualify as flirting? Because Remus was not allowed to do that anymore. "

AND THIS ONE.

"This moment with this beautiful, white-spiked, grey-eyed chameleon who had years of advanced training in the art of war convinced him that not only had he wanted to win The Great Snowball War of 1995, not only did he want Nymphadora to win every snowball war she ever participated in from this day on, he wanted her to win the real war, to survive. "

Really, though. I *loooved* it. :D
