“You know nothing good comes easy,” she purred. “And I guarantee you, what I have in store for you is beyond good and not going to be easy."

I absolutely loved this bit. Oh, coy!Tonks. So amusing. :) Also, I loved her non-sequitor, and how she waited until Remus had taken a bite to eat before she asked him. Very wonderful work. :)

Poor, lonely Remus. Liked this: He had practiced the emotion of loneliness so well that sometimes it no longer hurt. It's a good thing Tonks finally sorted him out, or he might still be sitting there brooding! ;)

There were some very witty lines: If she wanted screaming, she could just walk down the hallway and listen to her ancestors. LOL

Nice job!

I think this piece really sums up a lot of attributes of Remus. And Tonks - I think you captured her really well in your dialogue. This bit made me laugh: “Well,” Remus said looking down into his teacup for the proper answer, “I do have quite a shine for you. I just did thought I might be over stepping my bounds by..”

“By what? Holding back? Taking it easy? Not wanting to rush things?”

LOL, said with true Tonksian tact!

Fluff. It is Valentine’s Day, for pity’s sake.

LOL, what a great line. I had to snicker several times throughout this.
Thanks for sharing!

He wondered what in the world he could possibly offer.

“Would you mind passing the sugar?”

In my family, we call kisses "sugar" so when I read this, I just thought "Yes, Remus, I think that says it all!"

Nice job!
