I absolutely LOVE this! You did a really great job with the comic book medium. I would pay money for an R/T comic!
I have this idea on my "to do" list to illustrate a story by ladybracknell as a full on comic book. It's been mapped out but I can only work on it in bits and it's a bit of a departure for me so it's been slow going. Stay tuned...
Why, thank you very much. I'm glad you liked it. I was wondering whether I should try showing him in mid-transformation...you know, with a little of the wolf showing...but I decided that totally naked in human form would be more enjoyable (to draw and view).
Love the use of black and white and all the pictures are so well done. They really tell the story - the expressions on their faces, the beautifully drawn wolf with the light from the moon shining down on it, the folds in Tonks' cloak, and then the passionate embrace in true happy ending style as the sun rises behind them...
Now I've done the coherent reviewer bit, I'll just say thank you for Remus' chest, arm, hipbone and hair. (Did I read the bit where you said you were going to make it even hotter or was that my eyes imagining what they wanted to see?;))
Wonderful; it's so dramatically shaded and atmospheric. Perfect R/T.:D

which should have been the way book 7 ended for them...grrrr

You're so welcome for the naughty bits. I know my audience and aim to please. ;) And yes, I am going to put my rusty life drawing skills to good use and expand the view on the "transforming" panel and probably the last one as well. I will preserve his dignity, but only just.;)
I love this! The first two images are so intense and powerful, and then the last three are filled with such romance and whimsy, yet they all work together so well.
And I think the graphic novel layout works very well--it tells a clear story.
Thanks very much. :) I think the hardest part was placing the images so that they told the story without too many confusing overlapping images, so I'm very glad you were able to follow it.
