Ah, shucks. You're just saying that because there's nekked Remus in it, aren't you. ;)

The black and white certainly works very well for this! I really like how you have broken up the pieces into different sizes, and also made them overlap. It makes the eye glide along the story.

The drawing of Remus' torso as he is freed from the transformation is very beautiful. The shading is dramatic and his face shows so much emotion. (plus his naked torso is always nice to see! ;))

I also really like the ones with their faces, because there is so much connection between them. You have told a story with these 5 drawings, and I think it is really well done. Thank you for sharing.

I'm glad you could follow the flow of the story. It took a little shuffling to fit all the pieces, I tell you what.

I'll probably be revisiting this one again soon cause I think that I'd like to continue down a bit more on the sketch of Remus's change but I was working with a rating for this challenge. ;)

Thanks for your kind words. I haven't done just pencil sketching in a long while and I'm a bit rusty. Usually, I only sketch to get the basic form into the computer for cleaning up.

I'd like to think that there wouldn't be any adverse side effects to casting the charm on a werewolf, other than maybe him being a bit frisky.;)

Thanks!

Oh, I love it! It's so different from the kind of thing you normally do (that I've seen, anyway), and I think the black and white really compliments the subject matter of both the scene with the wolf and the romantic one at the end, almost like it's film noir. I think its added a really atmospheric quality - it really does look like the night of the full moon. I really love the smaller portraits of them.

This is really great :D.

Gracias. :) Yes, it was a bit of a departure for me, style-wise. I've become so computerized that my sketching technique has fallen off. I'd like to do more if I could find a way to keep the cats from sitting on my sketch pad!

I think you're right about the black and white lending itself to the feel of the piece. I may just throw a bit of color in later and see what that does.

Wow, this is awesome! I think the black and white and the shading and the pencilly look (I'm sorry, I'm probably not using good art terms, lol) really create a full moon atmosphere, and I just love this idea, too, of Tonks casting the Homorphus Charm and it actually working. This should be a fic.

Also, this pic rocks because your Remus is so hot. I can't stop looking at that hipbone... :: drools ::

Your "art terms" are fine. I was never one to get all hoity-toity about those kinds of things and I understood what you were trying to say. ;)

This should be a fic.

Hmmmm. Do you know anybody who can write?

Ha! In my rush to finish before the deadline, I was unable to spend as much time on certain "special" areas so I'm definitely going back and making this piece a little more naughty. You won't mind, will you?

I might know someone -- in fact it's someone you've done some fanart for. Would you mind if I had a word with her about it?

This is me minding. (See icon.)

I think I know of whom you are speaking. ;) Why don't you give her a jingle and see if she feels like taking on another R/T plot bunnie.

LOL. Looks like she's thinking of casting the charm right now!
