My mom just skyped me and showed me a comic strip that she drew today. It was in anime style! And it was good too. I had no idea my mom could draw so well. I also didn't know she knew the existence of anime. I've never talked to her about it. Cheers to awesome parents.

It's time for something drastic
I don't know if anyone can relate to this, but I've come to a point in my life where I need something drastic to happen so I can remember who I really am. Whether that something is under my control or not doesn't matter to me. It just needs to happen. I think if it's something that I can control it will be after graduation. The 24 hour movie marathon is finished. In reality, I've been awake for 37 hours. Time for bed. -

Brooke was kind enough to send me this video she took while we were visiting Yokohama. This street performer was there every time we went, which was a few days. He was very good. He didn't look Japanese but he spoke the language fluently. This bit was the funniest part of his performance, other than putting out a torch with, well, his crotch.
