I know your pain. I waited a week before I found out I had mono back in high school. I can offer sound advice: 1) Take all of the meds the doc gave you 2) Take lots of Tylenol/Advil - you can actually overlap the doses on those, but don't do it for too long 3) Sleep lots and drink lots of fluids. I felt 70% better in 4-5 days doing all of this. Good luck job hunting! I am right there with you. Come back to Derby soon! - Juli
