IT CERTAINLY IS I HAVE IT.

I went through a huge Prince of Egypt phase when I was about five or six. I would literally watch that movie everyday day after school (and after Tarzan the series and Digimon herpaderp couldn't miss that)

Dude I still watch the Prince of Egypt every day. Okay, maybe not every day, but I watch it with alarming regularity.
