Oh my gosh, this is the story of my life (scrawny redheads represent!). I have two brothers, both of whom have completely free reign. I, on the other hand, am expected to have a perfect GPA, to be home "on time," to tell my mother where I am at all moments, not to spend time with boys who haven't been pre-approved, etc. I definitely understand your frustration.
Additionally, I've gone through the same struggle regarding whether or not I'd like a sister. Ultimately, I've decided that I would hate it, for the reasons you mentioned.
My little brother, although he is only a freshman in high school, is like yours: blonde, tan, athletic, popular, messy, and not a wonderful student.

my sister is my world. she is seven years older but shes my best friend. we are complete opposites but that makes us so much closer. a sister bond is sooo amazing. however... i do not have brothers which i bet is a pretty cool thing.
