On our 5 random acts of love and kindness, if we have a quota to meet, that doesn't mean that they are really random does it? Because you have to plan on who to enact the 'random' act on. Then it would be a forced act, right? Maybe we should just pick names out of a hat or something and make it really random.

Yes, but its a per day quota, so after a while, it becomes pretty much random anyway. Picking it out of a hat would take too long, Marton, and people are suffering enough to not have to wait.

Right, so... what kinds of things are we supposed to do? Just good deeds and stuff? On earth?

Can I be someone's guardian angel? Does that qualify?
