Hi all! Just wanted to share my latest creation. I made an octopus brooch using an old compact mirror, an octopus I made a mold of and made out of resin, painted gold and put a patina on, wire mesh, and vintage embroidered lace, with bits of green moss thrown in.

i was always keen to see how you'd use the octopi molds. one of the most fascinating objects in your medicine chest. I love the blue coloring.

Thanks! Yeah I made this to give to the shop in town that'll be carrying my jewelry but I think I'm going to make another for myself!
