of spunk ransom

Ok, I get that the Twilight Fandom is rather young, and by that I mean most of the fans are young but it is one thing to laugh at Rob's joke, make funny icons that say: "Ransom. Spunk Ransom". Or "Spunk is dazzling me". And another very different thing is to actually take Rob's jokes seriously and go around saying: "My friend just showed me an old ( Read more... )

I totally hear you on the Spunk thing. People take things way to seriously and run rabid with them. RPattz definitely is more fitting ( ... )

My issue is the fact that spaceships don't look like that

lol!
I know, but I think they did it like that to pay tribute to "old-school" alien space-ships... kinda like in "Mars Attack", although I would never dare to compare that movie to any Spilberg movie.

I imagined his face would be plastered everywhere by now because of the phenomenon Supernatural has turned into.

I don't think SPN is a phenomenon. It's a cult show, rather than phenomenon. I blame Grey's Freaking Anatomy for that. SPN has the potential and the talent to be a great show, but, still, an avarage of 15 million people prefer to watch a hot cast play doctors, in contrast with the avarage 3 million who commit to watch SPN every thursday.

And it's because the show is not receiving the credit it should receive that Jensen is stuck in these kind of movies. Honestly, last years performance on the season finale episode should've earned him an Emmy. But, of course!! It's the CW!! Who the hell is going to nominate anyone or anything from the CW??!

Stupid network...

Yeah, that's true, Indy does have that old-school type feel, that makes sense now that you bring that up.

Really? Like...everyone and their brother that I know watches Supernatural. I actually don't think anyone on Greys Anatomy is attractive...my BFF is obsessed with that show (she's the only one who doesn't watch SPN). SPN is the only show my Mum can stand to watch that's from our generation. She hates how the new male movie stars look and when she saw SPN her literal words were "Oh dear God, they finally found good looking guys!", HAHAHA.

Well, SPN ratings are low compared to Grey's Anatomy's and CSI, but it's a steady rating. That's why the CW has not canceled it. That and, of course, crazy, postcards-sending, petition-signing, rabid fans.

There was an initiative once to send envelops filled with salt, but they decided against it. The networks, or worse the post-offices, might have thought the letters were filled with antrax!

You're lucky! Most of the people I know don't really know Supernatural or the boys. It wasn't until I started working at my new job like 9 months ago that I met a few people who love it... wait, I'm lying. I met one, and then I "converted" 2. :D I'm very proud of that.

I found your journal thanks to someone pointing out Max/Alec manips.

Jensen is actually in a romantic comedy, but you may have heard about it already. Ten Inch Hero. They are releasing the DVD in February in the US. It is a romantic comedy/drama. If you like those kinds of things, it's great. (Well, I liked it).

Everyone had to. I downloaded it too. I thought it was a nice change even though personality-wise he reminded me of Dean (then again, Alec reminds me of a younger Dean as well). It was a great, heartwarming film.
