Japan's NHK will start to air Merlin S1 on Oct. 5th. They get the slash from the very beginning, e.g. the Japanese title of the first episode is 運命の出会い (which means The Ecounter of Destiny). I know it, when Japanese slash fans discover Merlin, something good will happen. Anyway, if you are interested in the seiyyus of the show, check my LJ.

WHAT THE HELL!?!?!?!?!?!?!? - Thursday's 'press office day' but there's still no official confirmation of the BBC press office that Merlin will air on September 19th. D: More information HERE @ my journal.

I've been to Pierrefonds today and although I missed out on seeing/meeting the actors (filiming will only start tomorrow) there was a quite informative meeting with the director of the last block and the director of cinematography of Merlin and yay, they shared some interesting news regarding series 2... :D

I'm a very new member here, and I have to say this is a wonderful community. Hopefully I'll pick a few livejournal friends on the way out!
Anyways, there is an article on afterelton.com that discusses the 3rd and 4th episodes of Merlin recently aired by NBC with particular emphasis on the homoerotic nature of our favourite medieval pairing.
