Merlin S1 To Be Aired on Japan's NHK

Sep 04, 2009 11:14

Japan's NHK will start to air Merlin S1 on Oct. 5th. They get the slash from the very beginning, e.g. the Japanese title of the first episode is 運命の出会い (which means The Ecounter of Destiny). I know it, when Japanese slash fans discover Merlin, something good will happen. Anyway, if you are interested in the seiyyus of the show, check my LJ.

I want to get my hands on those episodes! I know its silly but I want to watch them in Japanese subbed in English just for the voice acting.. and hopefully even stronger Merthur hints!

Sweeeeet, I live in Japan so it'll be pretty awesome to be able to watch it on TV. Will probably have the dual-language option too. Yay!

^Here's the profile page for Tomoaki Maeno, the guy dubbing Arthur. If you click on the icons next to either Windows Media or Real Audio, you can hear five different voice samples.

^And here you can find the voice sample of Daisuke Namikawa, for those who don't know him. :D
