Hey there,
I meant to ask a while ago but forgot...
Is it possible to pimp a (fic) rec list on this community?
Thanks!

Definitely, if the fics in question are all merlin-related (or atleast, y'know, >50% merlin-related). Go ahead :)

Awesome! I'm only reccing Merlin so that settles it.

Is there a specific tag for it? Because I didn't find any and that's the main reason I didn't post it the first time ^^

The best tag to use would be 'notice' :)

Hiya, I have some questions about tagging and labeling.

1) What's the timeframe on spoilers?

2) Are canon pairings gen, or are they also classified as either het or slash?

3) How much "screen time" should be given to a tagged pairing? For instance, a post-season 3 story where Arthur and Gwen are married but the focus isn't on them or their relationship, should that get tagged as "het, Arthur/Gwen"?

1/ When you post a fic, if it's set after the events of season two, put something like "spoilers up to 3x01". Just any episodes the fic pertains to, mention them. Any major plot points, like evil!Morgana, etc.

2/ Gen applies to any fiction that doesn't have a pairing.

3/ If a pairing is written about in the fic at all (e.g. a romantic scene between Gwen and Arthur viewed in the past, and a present scene between Lancelot and Gwen would be tagged "pairing: Arthur/Gwen" and "pairing: Lancelot/Gwen"). If the pairing is just in the background and not mentioned more than once, don't bother tagging it. :)

OK, that's clear. Although the actual pairing I'm using doesn't have or need a tag, I'm pretty sure. ^_~

Thanks very much!

Hi! I'm looking to pimp merlin_holidays a Merlin multi-ship exchange fest. Would that be okay?

Hi!
I want to post an Excalibur/Stone fic here, but I have no idea how I should tag it. Should I just label it "gen"?
Thanks.

Awesome pairing. I'll create a new tag 'type: crack'. Sound ok?

The story is actually a lot less cracky than it sounds, but since the pairing is I reckon that'll work. :)

Of course! Please put "posted with mod permission" at the end of your post, though, please. :)
