Challenge announcement: MINIBANG!
Welcome back to Merlin fandom's RPF Big Bang, everyone! This year's schedule is in the final planning stages, to be announced in the coming weeks. One thing that's already for certain, though, is that sign-ups won't open until May, with posting beginning on or around November 1st.
May?, we hear you cry. November?? That's so far away! And we agree, which is why we decided to run another challenge to tide us over. Allow us to introduce...
The MINIBANG is a simple challenge (not a collaboration) with the aim to produce as much RPF as possible. You write, create art, make a fanvid, film a video, compose a song-whatever strikes your fancy as long as it involves the cast of Merlin, any pairing (or threesome, or foursome, or...), no pairing, it's up to you!
MINIBANG Schedule
Sign-ups: Feb 1st - Feb 20th
Deadline: April 20th
Posting: April 30th
You commit to
- write at least 3,000 words, or
- create at least one piece of art.
On April 20th you let us know that you're still on board. Depending on the turn-out we either open posting to everyone on the 30th, or release a schedule somewhere between the 20th and 30th. Either way, posting concludes a few days before sign-ups for the RPF Big Bang open.
