Yosemite always puts things in perspective

BF convinced me Saturday morning that I really needed to get out of town for the weekend, and we left Saturday to hike North Dome yesterday. We had an absolutely stunning view of Illilouette Falls across the valley from the Dome - again, a view that not very many people see. emotionally it's like a kick in the gut when someone goes through and methodically deletes all their comments from your journal

Yikes! Sorry to hear that.

I never liked how the memory feature shows LJ titles to people who don't have access privleges to see the item.

I'm very happy to hear that Yosemite was wonderful. The earlier photos were really cool, and I look forward to seeing more of them. :)

Thanks. It's just when people are being very emotional, they're rarely actually thinking about how what they're doing effects everyone else around them.

NOTHING online is actually private. I lock things mostly so that they can't ever, ever, ever be indexed by a blogsearcher such as google. And, of course, so that some of my players (who are on LJ) can't see anything about my game.

I personally feel these days that it's not important to lock everything, just that which you don't want the casual person to see. But everyone else has different standards.
